If you're looking for a delicious lunch spot with all the New Mexican classics, look no further. Get Sarah's favorite green chile sauce over chicken enchiladas, or get *festive* by going "Christmas Style"! (red and green chile sauce).
Note - they are only open until 2pm!
Sarah grew up watching her dad in the darkroom on weekends make prints while wearing a very worn Cafe Pasqual's t-shirt. She finally got him to buy a new one when they stopped in Santa Fe during their trek from LA to KC in 2020. Maybe the best meal you'll have in Santa Fe! Cafe Pasqual's is a true original - started 45 years ago by Katherine Kagel (lovingly referred to as the Alice Waters of Santa Fe), this coveted breakfast/lunch/dinner spot is worth the wait, which often curves around the block at breakfast time. Be sure to not miss the five amazing Leovigildo Martinez murals that grace the inside of the dining room, and don't leave without trying the coffee cake!
No online reservations - must call or drop by in person.

Delectable tapas and an exhaustive Spanish wine list, La Boca is not to be missed! (that rhymed). We tried a 2019 Priorat here and it blew our minds. Other standouts are the mushroom soup and the pan con tomate with jamón.
If you can, ask for Lizette! She knows the menu inside and out (wine too!)
